Al is in training
… for the Durango 1/2 Marathon.
Yep. That’s right. Al plans to run 13.1 miles. In one day!
I might be crazy… but then again, THEY might be Giants!
I am currently following a schedule from sweat365 that does NOT require me to run every day (thank earth!) and am set to run a BIG 5 miles this weekend. AWESOME!

You know what’s super about MapMyRun? You can MAP YOUR RUN. Granted, it’s not totally accurate, but it gives you a pretty good idea of how far you’ve run and you can monitor your speed. How FREAKING COOL IS THAT?
And while I have not yet lost weight (who are we kidding? I eat MORE) I am back into size 4 jeans. Sure, they’re a little tight when I sit down, but no sucking in el gutto to button those bitches up! AWESOME!
I’ll keep ya’ll posted. And, when I figure out my correct effing stride length, I’ll tell you how fantastic my pedometer/watch/timer/etc. is.
