And so she ran…

Published by Bridge at 11:46 pm under bridge

Last Friday I ran on a treadmill. Exactly two weeks ago from today.

It was such an important moment for me. It has been more than 6 months since I have been able to do any aerobic activity. Over four months since my surgery.

It felt WONDERFUL.

I was only allowed to run for two minutes, but now I can very slowly try to run a little bit more. In the next two months I should be able to get up to 5 minutes. (Yes I know that is VERY slow, but I really don’t want to have surgery again.)

Yeah for me!

Stumble it!

Good. My sis had the same surgery and its taken a while to get back to normal. My sis, you might have seen her, she just recently bought a horse that she likes to walk up and down main street (okay, its a great dane, i just like to tease).
