Heading to Moab
yes, you read correctly. Al is headed to Moab. Seems as though JEB has to go for some work stuff, they’re being EXTRA nice because it’s saving them a shit ton of money and I’m tagging along. I figure, wtf?, I can sit by a pool, drinking a beer, with the foot up. Right?
Maybe a short hike through Arches. Oh. I’ll post pictures alright.
And, thanks for asking, the ankle still hurts like a mutha, but I’m walking and now have an awesome excuse to only wear flip-flops, tevas or chacos to work. Can’t beat it!

Agreed with Jess here. Don’t make it worse or you will be sorry in the long run. I vote for sitting by the pool with a cerveza.
Do a little walking, but dont go hiking Al, your ankle is still weak and you could mess it up more if you slip and pull it more. Do go on walks but not hikes. Sitting by the pool is a great idea. Hey, go walking in the pool too, that will help the healing too. Drink lots of beers, you have to get that tolerance up for the trip, you need to get practice
I was thinking the same as Jess—are there ramps on the hiking trail?
